General terms apply in case of returns Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns & Exchange section, we have a “no questions asked” return policy, which allows you to return the products to us for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Without paying any fees.
To qualify for a refund, all products (including promotional gift items provided free of charge with orders) must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the order, with the following conditions:
Unchanged, unused, and completely intact, and in a condition that can be resold (or the condition received by us or our agents). Shoes must be undamaged, with no damage to the soles or otherwise.
In its original packaging/box/dust cover, with all brand labels and product/price tags/care instructions. Authenticity cards – wherever provided – should also be returned. For swimwear, the hygiene liner must still be in place.
Accompanied by the original order confirmation.
Please note that skincare and beauty products, underwear, or earrings cannot be returned
Return Process:
Contact us: Within 30 days of purchase, contact us at contact@allooraa.com to initiate your return. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Prepare your return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and insuring your package.
Processing your return: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it for eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed within +90 50000000 business days.
Refund methods: We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. For gift card purchases, you’ll receive a store credit.
Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued for eligible items returned within 30 days.
Partial refunds may be applied for items with signs of use, opened media products, or damaged/missing parts (not due to our error).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for the same item if it’s defective or damaged. Contact us at [email address] to arrange an exchange.
Gifts:
Gift recipients will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the gift giver wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send the refund to them.
Additional Information:
Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
